This course is not aimed at the weak. It is a full on intensive course aimed at reaching far higher than you think possible.

Our personal trainer will ensure you achieve FAST results in a controlled and safe environment.

This course is for someone who wants to give a shock to their system and really kick-start  a lasting fitness routine.

After the compulsory initial assessment (hyperlink to Physical Activity Readiness Form), your personal trainer will customise a programme to achieve maximum results.
