Boot Camp

We offer boot camp in 2 formats.

One is a 6 week course and is designed more for beginners who want to get out there and be fit.

The other boot camp is 12 weeks long as is ideally for larger groups ; up to 20 and focuses on executives and their team.

Personal Training

Personal Training sessions are ideal for those who are too shy to sweat it out in the gym or those after a more personalised experience. Click here for more information

Group Fitness

Group fitness is often preferred by people who are not keen to keep fit in a gym. Our classes are conducted in beautiful parks around Melbourne. Our class size is normally kept to a maximum of 10 participants. Click here for more information of Group Fitness
